Carolina Alliance adds Mac Hogan as Vice President & Relationship Manager

SPARTANBURG – (May 14) Carolina Alliance Bank today announced that Mac Hogan has joined its Spartanburg office as Vice President, Relationship Manager, effective immediately.

In his role as a commercial relationship manager, Hogan will focus on increasing commercial loans and deposits for Carolina Alliance throughout Spartanburg County, as well as the Upstate. A veteran banker, Hogan has more than 15 years of experience in this market.

“Mac is a talented banker that will be an asset to us as we continue to grow,” said Barry Mason, Carolina Alliance Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer “His consistent performance, commitment to excellence and passion for customers makes him a natural fit for our team and I am glad to have him join us.”

A Spartanburg native, Hogan graduated from Lander University, where he was a member of the Bearcats baseball team. Active in the community, he is a volunteer with Mobile Meals and is a former board member for the Salvation Army and the Boys and Girls Club of the Upstate in addition to being a trustee for the Spartanburg Housing Authority. He and his wife have two children and are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
