Carolina Alliance Bank adds Lois A. Philyaw as Vice President, Mortgage Lender

ANDERSON – (April 25) Carolina Alliance Bank (OTCQX: CABF) today announced that Lois A. Philyaw has joined its mortgage division, as Vice President, Mortgage Lender.

Philyaw is based out of Carolina Alliance’s Anderson office. She has an extensive knowledge in mortgage banking and has focused, throughout her career, on new customer acquisition and client retention while providing clients with excellent customer service and product solutions.

“The mortgage division of Carolina Alliance continues to grow and we are excited to have Lois join our team,” said Leslie D. Minnis, Carolina Alliance Senior Vice President, Mortgage Lending Director. “Lois is experienced and has a strong desire to provide top client service, which makes her a perfect fit for Carolina Alliance.

Philyaw, an Anderson native, has more than three decades of banking experience in the Anderson area, having spent more than 20 years working in mortgages. Active in the Anderson community, she and her husband, Jimmy, have three children and one grandchild.
