Your Questions, Answered

Why is Carolina Alliance Bank joining Park National Bank?

With access to Park National’s resources, Carolina Alliance will broaden its services, including 24/7 client support, larger and more specialized loans and wealth management capabilities. The merger will allow us to be able to make an even greater impact on the financial lives of our customers and within the community – all while staying committed to upstate South Carolina and western North Carolina and our company’s mission, vision and core values.

What is Park National Corporation?

Park National Corporation (Park) is a bank holding company headquartered in Newark, Ohio. Park consists of 11 community banking divisions (10 in Ohio, one in North Carolina), and two specialty finance companies. Each bank and finance company operates with a strong emphasis on servicing their local markets with professionalism and rapid response to customer needs. The banks share centralized operational, compliance, and administrative resources. This model places Park affiliates in a strong position to deliver their style of highly personalized service and community support, while meeting regulatory requirements and customer demands for sophisticated options and technology.

Park’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol PRK.

Will you continue to support community efforts with donations and volunteerism?

Absolutely. Our commitment to community banking values and community support are steadfast. You’ll see us in all of the same places you’re accustomed to working for organizations like the United Way, March of Dimes, Alzheimer’s Association and many others. In fact, we are excited that with Park’s support, we can also consider new and different opportunities to assist our local community organizations. Park has an outstanding reputation for community leadership and support. Like Carolina Alliance, Park believes it’s the difference we make in our communities that matters most.

Will your hours and locations change?
